AROV measures lean from the phone, so the phone has to sit firmly in a handlebar mount. In a pocket, tank bag or loose holder it moves on its own and the reading means little. Settings has a sensor check that shows what the phone is measuring right now.
A ride was not recorded
For recording to continue with the screen locked, and for ride watch to notice a ride you forgot to start, give AROV location access set to Always. Low Power Mode can also make iOS pause the app in the background.
The sign-in code did not arrive
Codes usually arrive within a minute and work for 10 minutes. Check your spam folder, and ask for a new code if the old one has run out.
Moving to a new phone
Sign in with the same email on the new phone. Your garage, rides and plans come back from your account.
Deleting your account
In Settings, open your account and tap Delete account. What that removes is described in the privacy policy.
